Amir is the founder and CEO of and has nearly two decades of experience building companies that harness the power of the Web to create greater efficiency.

Prior to founding, Amir was a founder and the chief technology officer of, an ecommerce service that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The company underwent an initial public offering in 2004 and was subsequently acquired by eBay in 2005.

He is applying the same passion of efficiency to the world of online video advertising and currently sets the vision for across its global markets. He is based in’s San Mateo headquarters.

Toby Gabriner

Toby currently serves as president of and brings to the company more than 14 years of experience leading companies in the digital advertising space. He is tasked with developing the company’s business and marketing strategies to compete in the global video advertising market. Prior to, he helped guide several companies to success, including Carat Interactive, [X+1] and Tribal Fusion. He began his career in digital advertising at Freestyle Interactive, which he led as president until its acquisition to Carat in 2003.

Toby holds an MBA and a master’s degree from Boston University’s School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Occidental College.

Phil Duffield

Phil currently serves as’s SVP of International, overseeing operations and strategy in existing markets in EMEA and APAC, as well as driving corporate expansion efforts into emerging regions. Prior to, Phil spent almost four years at AD2ONE, helping to expand the company’s global presence by launching offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

Phil holds an honours degree from the University of Gloucestershire and is currently based in’s Sydney, Australia office.

Raleigh Harbour

Raleigh brings to more than 14 years of business leadership experience in media and technology. He currently serves as the company’s senior vice president of US operations, overseeing’s client services and business operations with the goal of helping customers navigate the world of video advertising. Prior to, Raleigh was senior vice president of corporate and business development at the Rubicon Project. Prior to that, he played key roles in strategy and partner development for platform and service companies StrongMail Systems and eTelecare Global Solutions.

Raleigh holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. He is based in’s San Mateo headquarters.

Alex Khan
Managing Director South East Asia

Alex Khan joined in Dec 2013 as Managing Director of South East Asia where he is tasked with taking the product to market in region and driving sales by leveraging his existing network. The Singapore office of will officially open from April 2014 and Alex has already hired his team to join him in his efforts to establish as the leading video technology provider.

Prior to joining Alex was Chief Executive Officer for Catcha Digital Asia (CDA), where he lead the start up of the business within the ASEAN region and through to a successful sale.

Alex brings extensive digital media experience from the US, Africa, Europe and more recently Asia. Alex’s career brought him to Asia in 2007 when he took up the role of CEO of Aktiv Group based out of Singapore. Alex brings substantial online insight, expertise and thought leadership to as a result of the exposure he has gained from the tenures he has held throughout his career.

Alex was one of the pioneering employees at Yahoo! UK where he held the role of Head of Agency Sales for Yahoo! UK & Ireland. It was whilst in this role that he led his team to achieve a 163% growth in sales from the top 20 digital agencies.

Alex started his career in off line media working for well known Dutch publisher, VNU, one of Europe’s largest trade publishers followed by a stint at Dennis publishing (The UK’s largest independent publisher). He was also part of the launch team for Silicon Media Group where he pioneered sales in online video advertising and sponsorships of content.

Alex holds a BA (Hons) Degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Leicester, UK.

Eldad Persky
Senior Vice President, Product Management

Eldad oversees all product management and product marketing at, managing the day-to-day operations of the product team and providing the leadership and organizational structure needed to be able to develop products that meet the needs of the company’s world class customers.

Prior to, Eldad spent six years at DG/Mediamind, where he led a team of 30 responsible for product management and product marketing activities across all product lines and categories.

Prior to that, he gained product and management experience at Random House and RealNetworks, and founded the natural language startup IntelliGate. Eldad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s degree from The Hebrew University. He is currently based out of’s San Mateo, California headquarters.

Henk van Niekerk
Senior Vice President, Publishers and DSPs

Henk is’s senior vice president of sales for publishers and demand side platforms. He leads the teams that seeks out and develops new relationships with DMPs, video publishers and major video content partners, both locally and abroad, to increase the adoption and usage of's unified video advertising platform and services.

Before joining, Henk served as vice president of the Tribal Fusion Publisher Network, where he oversaw publisher relations and inventory operations for over 2800 online advertising publishers. Prior to Tribal Fusion, Henk served as vice president of Strategy for, a NASPER company, and spent more than eight years in the video game, entertainment and technology industries holding positions in business development, sales and marketing.

Henk has a bachelor’s degree from Stellenbosch University, and he is based in’s San Mateo headquarters.

Teg Grenager
Founder & Chief Product Officer

Teg is a founder of and currently serves as the company’s chief product officer, leading the design and development of the platform. He collaborates closely with engineering, sales and account management teams to translate market dynamics and customer needs into solutions and products. He was also the co-lead of the Interactive Advertising Bureau working group to update VAST and VPAID, and received the IAB’s 2011 Service Excellence Award for his work.

Prior to, Teg studied natural language processing and computational linguistics at Stanford University, where he is a PhD candidate in computer science. Prior to his graduate work, he provided strategic consulting services at Arthur D. Little to Fortune 100 companies in telecommunications and electronic commerce.

Teg holds a master’s degree from Stanford University and bachelor’s degree from Brown University. He is currently based in’s San Mateo headquarters.

Kara Weber

Kara is a proven entrepreneur who brings years of experience developing and driving successful marketing programs for technology and digital media companies at various stages of development. She serves as’s chief marketing officer, overseeing development of the brand, message and market presence around the globe.

Kara joined from the Rubicon Project, where she drove that company's successful evolution from start-up to market leader in display advertising technology for publishers. She also co-founded and launched several startups, including app developer Mogopop and early social media site

Brian Fitzpatrick

Hisashige “Qz” Hashimoto

Qz brings to nearly two decades of experience leading global technology companies across a number of industry verticals. He has led the expansion of into the rapidly growing Japan market and currently serves as representative director of AOL Online Japan and’s Japan operations as a part of AOL Japan.

Prior to joining, Qz served as president of Brightcove K.K., leading the company’s operations in Japan and driving overall customer acquisition efforts targeted at Japanese media companies and marketers.

Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of Paygent, an Internet billing gateway service provider, and served in various senior management positions for Macromedia KK (acquired by Adobe), DeNA and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Qz holds a degree from the University of Tokyo and is based in’s Tokyo offices.

Prem Pabbisetty

Prem has more than 10 years of engineering experience and has spent nearly half of his career at helping to create its strong engineering culture and building the Publisher, Marketplace and Advertiser products from the ground up.

He currently leads the India group as its managing director and is responsible for many of the business critical initiatives supporting the mission of the company.

Vijay Rao

In addition to helping connect the dots between TV and video, his current areas of focus are evolving’s data, analytics and research functions.

With more than 10 years of experience at media agencies, Vijay was most recently at Zenith-Optimedia, where he headed up strategic planning for T-Mobile. In particular, Vijay helped lead the charge to integrate the agency’s traditional and digital teams, along with developing measurement to better align the dynamics of paid and social media.

Nir Yeffet
Executive Vice President, Engineering

Nir brings to more than 20 years of experience managing and leading software engineering and operations teams around the world.
