He is most notably known for leading the European division of The MIG (Media Innovation Group), a WPP Digital company, from start-up to one of the world's most successful agency technology businesses. Brian is charged with leading the growth of agency, ad network and publisher partnerships for Adap.tv, as well as the management of operations across all European markets.

An advertising veteran, Toby's interest in digital advertising began in 2000 when he led Freestyle Interactive until its acquisition to Carat Interactive two years later. From there, he would go on to guide several prominent companies to success including Carat, [X+1] and Tribal Fusion. While at Tribal Fusion, his interest was drawn to video which was on the cusp of mainstream popularity and a catalyst for his move to Adap.tv. With a vision for bringing clarity to the chaotic world of video advertising, Toby takes an honest, straightforward approach in developing Adap.tv's business and marketing strategy.

A PhD candidate in Computer Science at Stanford University, Teg has an "always move forward" attitude, imagining the way the world of video advertising could be - not just as it is.
