Amir Ashkenazi has spent nearly two decades building companies that harness the power of the Internet to create better experiences for everyone.
He currently serves as President of AOL Platforms, helping to lead AOL’s business group that is developing the technologies that simplify and greatly enhance the media planning, buying and selling processes for brands, agencies and publishers globally.
Amir comes to the company by way of Adap.tv, a division of AOL Platforms, which he co-founded in 2007 and led as a CEO until 2014. Adap.tv was acquired by AOL in September 2013. Adap.tv was named by Inc Magazine as the fastest-growing video ad company in the US in 2012 and the fastest growing private company in Silicon Valley by the editors of Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal
Prior to founding Adap.tv, Amir was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Shopping.com, an ecommerce service that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The company underwent an initial public offering in 2004 and was subsequently acquired by eBay in 2005.

Phil currently serves as Adap.tv’s SVP of International, overseeing operations and strategy in existing markets in EMEA and APAC, as well as driving corporate expansion efforts into emerging regions.
Prior to Adap.tv, Phil spent almost four years at AD2ONE, helping to expand the company’s global presence by launching offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

Yaeli is responsible for the Finance and Business Operation of Adap.tv. She brings more than 18 years of international finance, analytical and management experience to the position.
Prior to Adap.tv, Yaeli was VP of Finance at Alvarion Inc, a subsidiary of publicly traded global company. At Alvarion, Yaeli led Finance, Operations, Legal, HR and IT and was a key driver in market strategy and growth, including the development of strategic partnerships that led Alvarion to the largest deals since inception.
Before Alvarion, Yaeli was the CFO of Qlusters Inc., an innovative software start-up. In that role Yaeli managed finance, legal, and HR operations and was responsible for the generation of key financial data reports and development of a wide variety of financial, economic and custom analyses. Yaeli is a CPA (Israel), M.Sc. in Applied Physics from Weizmann Institute of Science and B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University.Close
Qz brings to Adap.tv nearly two decades of experience leading global technology companies across a number of industry verticals. He has led the expansion of Adap.tv into the rapidly growing Japan market and currently serves as representative director of AOL Online Japan and Adap.tv’s Japan operations as a part of AOL Japan.
Prior to joining Adap.tv, Qz served as president of Brightcove K.K., leading the company’s operations in Japan and driving overall customer acquisition efforts targeted at Japanese media companies and marketers.
Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of Paygent, an Internet billing gateway service provider, and served in various senior management positions for Macromedia KK (acquired by Adobe), DeNA and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Eldad oversees all product management and product marketing at Adap.tv, managing the day-to-day operations of the product team and providing the leadership and organizational structure needed to be able to develop products that meet the needs of the company’s world class customers.
Prior to Adap.tv, Eldad spent six years at DG/Mediamind, where he led a team of 30 responsible for product management and product marketing activities across all product lines and categories.
Prior to that, he gained product and management experience at Random House and RealNetworks, and founded the natural language startup IntelliGate. Eldad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s degree from The Hebrew University. He is currently based out of Adap.tv’s San Mateo, California headquarters.Close
Henk is Adap.tv’s senior vice president of sales for publishers and demand side platforms. He leads the teams that seeks out and develops new relationships with DMPs, video publishers and major video content partners, both locally and abroad, to increase the adoption and usage of Adap.tv's unified video advertising platform and services.
Before joining Adap.tv, Henk served as vice president of the Tribal Fusion Publisher Network, where he oversaw publisher relations and inventory operations for over 2800 online advertising publishers. Prior to Tribal Fusion, Henk served as vice president of Strategy for Mediazone.com, a NASPER company, and spent more than eight years in the video game, entertainment and technology industries holding positions in business development, sales and marketing.
Henk has a bachelor’s degree from Stellenbosch University, and
he is based in Adap.tv’s San Mateo headquarters.
Dan currently is Senior Vice President of Programmatic TV at Adap.tv, a division of AOL Platforms. He leads an innovative new business group within the company working on applying the principles of data-driven automation to simplify and streamline the TV and video advertising industries.
Prior to joining Adap.tv, Dan led ad strategy and innovation for CBS Local Media, developing new ad products, content and revenue partnerships for TV and online. He has also held senior leadership roles at TV ad technology company WideOrbit and video ad tech company Jivox.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park with a degree in communications and is currently based out of Adap.tv’s San Mateo offices.Close
JoAnna brings to Adap.tv more than 15 years of experience working for some of the top agencies, publishers, and advertising technology companies in the world. She currently leads the company's North American Client Services and Ad Operations organization, delivering exemplary service and driving technology adoption across hundreds of brand, agency, portal, ad network, and publisher clients.
JoAnna spent the first half of her career working in digital agencies with a focus on media and account leadership. She would then go on to work in portal and technology companies like Yahoo!, Rapt, and Microsoft. Prior to joining Adap.tv, JoAnna served as VP, Marketing at FreeWheel, creating and building the brand for the publisher-focused video technology company recently acquired by Comcast.
JoAnna is based out of Adap.tv’s New York office where she serves as GM of that location.Close
Raleigh brings to Adap.tv more than 15 years of business leadership experience in media and technology. He currently serves as the company’s senior vice president of US operations, overseeing Adap.tv’s client services and business operations with the goal of helping customers navigate the world of video advertising.
Prior to Adap.tv, Raleigh was senior vice president of corporate
and business development at Rubicon Project. Prior to that, he played key roles in strategy and partner development for platform and service companies StrongMail Systems and eTelecare

Alex Khan joined Adap.tv in 2013 as Managing Director of South East Asia where he is tasked with taking Adap.tv to market and driving sales. Prior to joining Adap.tv Alex was Chief Executive Officer for Catcha Digital Asia (CDA), where he lead the start up of the business within the ASEAN region and through to a successful sale.
Alex brings extensive digital media experience from the US, Africa, Europe and more recently Asia. Alex’s career brought him to Asia in 2007 when he took up the role of CEO of Aktiv Group based out of Singapore. Alex was one of the pioneering employees at Yahoo! UK where he held the role of Head of Agency Sales for Yahoo! UK & Ireland. It was whilst in this role that he led his team to achieve a 163% growth in sales from the top 20 digital agencies.
Alex started his career in off line media working for well known Dutch publisher, VNU, one of Europe’s largest trade publishers followed by a stint at Dennis publishing, the UK’s largest independent publisher. He was also part of the launch team for Silicon Media Group where he pioneered sales in online video advertising and sponsorships

Vijay Rao is Senior Vice President of Client Strategy at Adap.tv, responsible for helping drive innovation and thought leadership with the company’s major clients by aligning their business needs to product strategy and development.
With more than 10 years of experience at media agencies, Vijay was most recently at Zenith-Optimedia, where he headed up strategic planning for T-Mobile. In particular, Vijay helped lead the charge to integrate the agency’s traditional and digital teams, along with developing measurement to better align the dynamics of paid and social media.

Mitch currently serves as Adap.tv’s managing director of its Australia office, overseeing all operations and strategy and leading a team of programmatic video experts to help drive adoption within the fast-growing Australia and New Zealand markets.
